The 3-room apartment (70 m²) is located on the ground floor of our two-family house and offers:

• Two bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with two twin beds)

• Bright living/dining room (with flatscreen, stereo and safe)

• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster)

• Bathroom and a separate lavatory (with towels and hairdryer)

• Sunny, covered terrace with garden (and garden furniture)

• All the rooms have free internet access (WIFI)

Our beautiful apartment near Stuttgart is situated in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes walk to the historical old town of Waiblingen. Waiblingen is lying in the natural landscape of the Rems Valley, a lovely and well known wine region. You will reach the state capital of Stuttgart within 15-20 minutes by car or within 25-30 minutes by public transportation. Free public parking lots and a bus stop are right in front of the house.
To experience the rich cultural offerings of Stuttgart and the wine region we will be happy to recommend leisure activities, excursion destinations and cultural tips and we provide maps and brochures on hand for our guests.
