To suit all your needs, our holiday apartment is well-equipped with a high quality standard comfort and all rooms are tastefully furnished with meticulous attention to detail and to cleanliness.
All the rooms including the terrace have internet access (WIFI).

Both bedrooms offer nightstands with reading lights, a clock radio, a towel rack, a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, a chest of drawers and a mirror.
The master bedroom (14 m²) overlooks the garden and has French doors opening directly onto the garden terrace. In addition to the King Size bed a portable crib or a foldable cot can be set up here upon request.
The second bedroom (12 m²) features two twin beds, the window goes to the front garden.

The bathroom and separate lavatory are equipped with state-of-the-art fixtures and include amenities such as towels, liquid soap, makeup mirror, hairdryer and bathroom scales for you or for your luggage.

The completely equipped modern kitchen (8 m²) features a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, ceramic stove top, microwave, coffeemaker, Nespresso® machine, electric kettle, toaster and egg cooker for all the comforts of home. We provide tea towels, paper kitchen towels, dish cloth, dishwashing liquid and tabs.
A separate washing machine and dryer are also available in the washroom downstairs.

The living/dining room (25 m²) offers a flatscreen TV (cable TV), a stereo system with DVD/CD player, a security safe, internet access (WLAN) The large window with garden view makes this sunlit room especially bright and inviting.
Or step out on the pretty covered terrace, which offers additional living space on sunny days. Relax in the comfortable wicker chairs at the garden table and enjoy the Mediterranean ambience of beautiful summer days or balmy summer evenings by romantic candlelight.

To darken the rooms completely, all rooms provide blinds (electric blinds in master bedroom and living room).

Our idyllic garden is completely private, invisible from the street and not accessible from the outside.
For a relaxed stay we provide you with lawn chairs/sunloungers, umbrella and electric barbecue grill.
