A warm welcome to our home!

We are offering you a comfortable and cosy flat that will make you feel at home.
The three-room flat is situated on the ground floor of our charming two-family house and consists of two bedrooms , a living/dining room, a modern fitted kitchen, a bathroom, separate WC and a covered terrace with garden.
The non-smoking flat is pleasantly furnished and tastefully decorated.
Both bedrooms have two separate beds (1 room as double and one rom as  twinroom). On request, a portable cot or an additional adult’s bed may be put in the larger bedroom – the one that leads into the garden.
From the living-room there is access to the sunny terrace with a secluded, idyllic little garden attached.
Comfortable garden furniture including table, garden chairs, sun-loungers, sunshade and barbeque-grill are at your disposal and will make your stay more pleasant, inviting you to spend sunny days in an almost Mediterranean setting.
To meet even great demands, our holiday apartment is exclusively well-equipped with a high quality standard comfort.
Therefore it has been awarded 5 stars by the German Tourist Association.

The equipment consists of:
    * flat screen cable TV (BBC/CNN), stereo, DVD/MP3-Player, internet-access, telephone
    * bedding, towels, dishcloths, hairdryer, soap, tissues,    
    * fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, ceran cooking surface, dishwasher, microwave/grill, coffeemaker,
      electric kettle, toaster, electric barbeque, ironing-board and iron, safe.
    * washing machine an dryer in the basement (use on extra charge)
    * for children: portable cot and highchair, swing

The flat is situated in a quiet location, only a few minutes’ walk from the historical centre of Waiblingen and from an attractive beer-garden. Free parking in front of the house.

The town of Waiblingen lies in the lovely Rems valley, famous for its characteristic local wines, wine-taverns and gourmet restaurants. It is the perfect starting point for excursions to the surrounding woods and vineyards, ideal for hiking and rambling in the unspoilt countryside. We have bikes for hire (e.g. for tours along the river Rems) and we also offer private sightseeing tours of the historical centre of Waiblingen.

The city of Stuttgart (15 min by car or 20 min by local train) offers a wide range of cultural events and tourist attractions.

Children sleeping in the portable cot are free.
